The woman bought a huge bottle of one and a half liters and set about the task. And before starting the experiment, Stephanie contacted a nutritionist, who, in principle, explained to her why a person should drink water all the time. As it turned out, the body consumes moisture every second, water leaves even during breathing. Lack of fluid leads to rapid fatigue and decreased performance. On the first day, I kept forgetting to drink water. On the second I got used to it, on the third I suddenly felt a surge of energy.
By the morning of the fourth, I didn’t recognize myself, says Stephanie. According to the woman, by the end of the week she became much more energetic than usual. Fatigue was gone, sleep became stronger, and waking up was easier. Yet Stephanie did not continue the experiment. She returned to the recommended 2 liters of water per day, which is quite enough for the body.
