Parrots are known for their friendly and funny nature. They make excellent pets and become very attached to their owners. And they have a unique ability to imitate people in everything. A parrot named Tico does not just imitate his master, but sings along when he plays the piano. The bird has incredible musical abilities.
Frank is a musician and plays mainly jazz on the piano. When he got a pet, Frank just wanted to teach the parrot to repeat words or sentences, but then he noticed that the parrot often repeated melodies, and very clearly in the right rhythm. Then he tried to play the piano and teach Tiko to sing along with him. So they got a jazz duet. Tiko listens intently as Frank plays the musical instrument. And enters only at the right time.
The parrot impresses with its intelligence, sociability and easy disposition. It turns out that birds have an excellent sense of rhythm. Surprisingly, they definitely feel the rhythm, and do not mindlessly move to the music.
If you change the composition, then the tempo of the bird’s movements will change. Thanks to a sufficiently developed intellect, parrots are able to catch the rhythm and correctly reproduce melodies. In their natural habitat, parrots often communicate with each other using sounds and chirps that resemble singing. Therefore, being next to a person, they easily reproduce not only human speech, but also songs and melodies. As in the wild, at home, a parrot also often chirps and sings in its own language. Basically, the singing of a parrot means that the bird is in a good mood. Most often, a parrot sings in front of a mirror or other object. The combination is completely different and it depends on the mood of the bird. It can be a group of different and all kinds of melodic turns: from clapping to chirping. Frank noticed the musical abilities of his pet in time and decided to develop an ear for music in him. And so their jazz duet was formed. Tico turned out to be a good music lover.
