But what they didn’t know was the magnitude of the reward they were about to receive for their hard work. Each of the company’s 198 employees received a red envelope with their annual bonus, but what they didn’t know was that their boss added a little more to each of their bonuses. “Thank you for their hard work” ․ The founder of the company and its president Edward Sant. John spoke on stage and announced that the company had achieved its annual goal of selling offices, shops and warehouses totaling almost 2,000 dunams. “To celebrate achievement and purpose, we wanted to reward our employees in a way that would make a big difference in their lives,” he said. “I am grateful to each and every one of our employees for their hard work and dedication.
